Accelerate Engineering LLC, is a civil engineering consulting firm established in 2022 and headquartered in Houston, Texas. We are an engineering, designing, and consulting firm certified by M/WBE/DBE/HUB, and engaged in various civil and environmental engineering consulting works.
Our professional, highly qualified, and client-dedicated staff is committed to excellence through a proactive approach. We understand native issues and can connect to their requirements easily. Because of our local presence, we can quickly accommodate and accumulate resources and manpower to ensure work execution with a greater degree of sophistication. We thrive on applying innovative methods and technologies in order to find the optimal solutions for our clients. Our services include a full range from feasibility studies, and preliminary design to detailed design and independent proof checking to project management, and third-party inspection services. We also offer extensive services in the wide field of infrastructure management including inspection and rating of structures, the preparation for maintenance and upgrade recommendations, and the creation of inventory management systems.

Ms. Kour brings 19+ years of experience in civil engineering and program management, from an industry specific to water and wastewater infrastructure. Her areas of responsibility range from studies,design and engineering, project management, and field inspections. Her experience has enabled her to have an understanding of the facets of engineering design and project execution coupled with a working knowledge of project justification and economic evaluations. Ms. Kour has served as direct PM interface to client and internal team, where she had been responsible for client satisfaction, meeting of financials, milestone execution, and reporting and directing internal technical team.S he has learned and explored a multitude of water/wastewater projects with strong focus in wastewater collection systems. Ms. Kour is proficient at ArcGIS, Infoworks CS, developing tools, maintaining and upgrading data management systems.

Mahwash (Maha) Khalid is a multifaceted entrepreneur who founded Accelerate Engineering in 2022. With a strong background in operations and administration from her experience in Dubai, Maha brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to the company. She is also a dedicated wife to her supportive husband and a mother of four. Outside of her professional pursuits, Maha is a passionate advocate for social causes. She has worked as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) in the USA, supporting children with autism and their families. Additionally, she is actively involved in charity work, dedicating her time and resources to uplifting deprived communities in her home country. As a leader, Maha embodies Accelerate Engineering's core values of accountability, respect, and empowerment. Her commitment to quality and exceptional customer service has enabled the company to grow rapidly and become a partner of choice in the industry.
